The Prime Minister announced a UK-wide ‘stay at home’ instruction to the public, in a drive to contain the spread of COVID-19. He also ordered the closure of all non-essential commercial businesses until the 14th of April 2020. This means that hair and beauty businesses must now close down to play their part. This is further clarification from last week’s instruction to spas and massage centres and encompasses the entire industry.
